BEFORE PROGRESSING TO AESTHETIC INJECTABLES
Foundation first.
Eligibility before enrolment.
Complete beginners can start with suitable foundation courses. Before training in areas such as botulinum toxin, dermal fillers or skin boosters, the student must meet an accepted prerequisite route and be able to obtain appropriate insurance.
Level 3 Beauty Therapy
An NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy is listed as an accepted prerequisite route in the Insync guidance supplied to Luxure Academy.
Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology
Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology plus six months of relevant medical-needling experience, with examples in the guide including microneedling, SPMU and microblading.
Level 2 Beauty Therapy
NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy plus Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology and three months of relevant medical-needling experience.
Experience-led route
The supplied guide also references a 12-month needling-experience route. The exact experience and evidence required must be accepted by Insync before enrolment.
IMPORTANT
B12, PRP, Phlebotomy or another foundation certificate does not automatically make a student eligible for injectable training or guarantee insurance. Luxure Academy checks course prerequisites before accepting enrolment, and the student must obtain confirmation from their intended insurer. Insurer criteria can change.
