Clear terms.
No false shortcuts.
These terms explain exactly what a learner buys, when online access begins, how the practical assessment works and the point at which a certificate may be awarded.
Every Luxure treatment course must be paid for before its private theory is unlocked. Payment, attendance, completion of online theory or a theory pass does not certify the learner. Certification is considered only after eligibility is verified and the learner attends and passes the required in-person practical competency assessment. The certificate is issued in person by Luxure Academy. There is no automatic, online-only or guaranteed treatment certificate.
Who we are
The seller is Luxure Collective Ltd, trading as Luxure Academy, company number 16228167. Registered office: 23 Stag Green Avenue, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, England, AL9 5EB. Course support is available through the student portal and Luxure PA WhatsApp route shown on the course page. Formal notices may also be sent to the registered office.
The course package
Each sales page identifies the named course, total price, online theory, in-person teaching and assessment. The current packages are £399 for Microneedling Training, £299 for Dermaplaning Training and the £249 founding launch price for B12 Injection Training. Each includes its named online theory, personally arranged Chelsea-led practical training and assessment. Unless a course page expressly says otherwise, devices, medicines, treatment products, consumables and starter kits are not included. Clearpay, when offered at Square checkout, is a separate payment service subject to its own eligibility checks and terms.
The Luxure Virtual Clinic is currently offered as a separate £29 one-off introductory-build digital product for people already clinically trained in aesthetics. It includes immediate private access to the Virtual Clinic content and student resources available at the time of purchase, plus founding-access updates made available while the Virtual Clinic service operates. Content and features will continue to be added or refined during this introductory period. It has no recurring subscription fee. Access means access for the operational life of the Virtual Clinic service; it is not a guarantee that the service, technology or every scenario will remain available indefinitely.
Luxure may make proportionate changes to teaching content, tutors, venue, timetable or digital simulations where reasonably necessary, provided the overall purchase is not materially reduced. Any material change will be communicated.
Entry, eligibility and insurance
- The learner must provide complete and accurate information and meet any published age, identity, health, professional or prerequisite requirements.
- Luxure may pause access or refuse practical participation where eligibility, identity, conduct or safety requirements are not met.
- The learner is responsible for obtaining written confirmation from their intended insurer that their background, course and proposed treatments are acceptable before treating paying clients.
- The course does not guarantee insurance, local-authority approval, employment, income, business success or permission to practise.
Assessment and certification
- Complete the required online theory and knowledge assessment.
- Complete Luxure's eligibility and identity checks.
- Attend the practical day in person.
- Demonstrate the required consultation, infection-control, device-handling, treatment and aftercare competence under assessment.
- Receive confirmation from the assessor that the practical standard has been met.
- Receive the course certificate in person from Luxure Academy.
A learner who has not completed every step above is not certified by Luxure Academy and must not describe themselves as Luxure-certified. If the practical standard is not met, Luxure may require further practice, evidence, training or reassessment. Purchase and attendance do not guarantee a pass. Any additional fee will be explained and agreed before further paid training or assessment is booked.
A Luxure course certificate records successful completion of this assessed course. It is not a degree, licence to practise, statutory registration or Ofqual-regulated qualification unless the course page expressly says otherwise and identifies the relevant regulator and qualification number.
Practical dates, attendance and conduct
After completing the required online theory, the learner must contact Luxure PA Donna to arrange their practical date. Practical dates are not selected automatically at enrolment or checkout. The learner must attend on time, follow reasonable safety and infection-prevention instructions, behave professionally and not attend while unfit or where doing so would create a risk. Luxure may stop an assessment or require rescheduling where safety, conduct, identity or eligibility is in doubt.
If either party needs to change a date, they should give as much notice as reasonably possible. Any learner-requested charge or non-refundable external cost will only be applied where it was made clear in advance, reflects a genuine cost and is lawful. Luxure will offer a reasonable alternative if it cancels or materially changes the practical day.
Virtual Clinic eligibility and limits
The buyer must already be clinically trained in aesthetics and must use every scenario within their own professional scope, insurance, prescribing arrangements, emergency protocols and local requirements. The Virtual Clinic is education and reflective practice only. It does not certify treatment competence, replace supervised practical training, provide patient-specific advice or authorise anyone to perform a treatment. Access is personal and must not be shared, copied, recorded for redistribution or used to train others without written permission.
Payment, online access and intellectual property
Private course theory unlocks only after Luxure receives or verifies payment for that named course, unless Luxure records an authorised funded or complimentary place. Access to one course does not unlock another. Online access is personal to the named learner. Login sharing, copying, recording, reselling, publishing or distributing course content, forms, videos, assessments or simulations is prohibited except where law permits. Luxure owns or licenses the course materials. Downloadable clinic resources may be adapted for the learner's own insured practice, but must be checked against current law, insurer requirements, device instructions and local rules before use.
Your cancellation rights
Fourteen-day cooling-off period
Consumers who buy online normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel. At checkout, a learner may expressly request immediate access to the digital course. Once digital content has begun with that express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right to cancel that digital element is lost. This does not remove rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
Practical services
Where a learner asks for a service to begin during the 14-day period and later cancels, Luxure may charge a proportionate amount for services already supplied where the law allows.
To cancel, send a clear statement through student support or in writing to the registered office, identifying the learner, course and purchase date. Refunds due by law will be made using the original payment method within the applicable statutory timeframe. Clearpay refunds are processed through the original Square/Clearpay transaction.
Safety and learner responsibility
Training materials support education and assessed practice; they are not individual medical advice or a substitute for manufacturer instructions, current evidence, insurer conditions, professional scope or local legal requirements. After certification, the practitioner remains responsible for each client's assessment, valid consent, records, infection prevention, device use, treatment decision, aftercare and escalation.
Our responsibility
Luxure will provide services with reasonable care and skill and digital content as described. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those protections, Luxure is not responsible for losses caused by a learner acting outside training, competence, insurance, device instructions or applicable rules, or for indirect business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Complaints and governing law
Please raise concerns promptly through student support so Luxure can investigate and respond. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. A consumer may bring proceedings in the courts available under the mandatory consumer-law rules that apply where they live. If any term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.
